A subiective hexagonin svmposiumat Sângeorz-Bai
A subjectiv ehexagon has taken shape this early autumn around the Comparative Art Museum in Sângeorz-Băi. Over the last decade, the project has developed more and more each year, striving to acquire it's own character in the eyes of the world. The topic that has led to the good placement of six artistst this time was the CENTER and the way it manages to emerge. As in any other well- articulated artistic group, the values that are able to guarantee its identity manifest themselves progressively. First of all, the ludicrous element gives birth to a communication continuum, which is necessary to the group who wants to acquire it's collective character.
Facing the work material, the wood in our case, the next effort is anti-entropic and configurative. This game has very slowly seduced the six artists, discretely introducing them into a scenario in which they could affirm their identity as creators and their own specific and subjectiv enthusiasm.
Laurentiu Mogosanu, Mihai Chiuaru, Teodor Moraru, Radu Dumitriu, Gheorghe Muresan, Maxim Dumitras discretely reveal their oblative self. This surpassing of the capturing and possessive ego, its transfiguration and its placing in mare oblative horizons is the whole purpose and expectation of the one who made it possible for the artists to communicate, who made it possible for them to express the most recent truth that ensures their present survival as artists.
The six poetics reveal a horizon which configures the civilisation structure of a world facing another, whose basic principle gets its energy from the sacral element -the archaic world-, and open a dialogue which makes a tertium comparation become evident. When you watch, you feel that the artist has embedded in his material the very principle of the new order he wants to impose, and that the projects himself along with the memory of all his patronal imagery. The standard configuration looks for an expression and finally finds its best place and placemen. During a full fortnight, the artists gave new symbolic dimensions to time and space. You can live, in their natural succession, ploughing time and harvest. Thougths never fail off the trees before riping. Reason is not linear - its politropy is the very seal that allows ascending evolutions and the power to achieve configurations that prove a freely undertaken allegory.
The kind of expression undertaken by each of the artists is not built on historical truth but gives an idea of the way in which, by geometrising the world, the truth occupies a very different place in each of us, without, however, allowing paradox to enter. Nobody could create images and things about himself better and in a more genuine way than hehimself could. Everybody works and creates at their own level. Everybody tells the truth as long as they are well established in that personal truth they believe in.
